To buy at www.monicacordera.es you just have to follow the following steps: 
1. Enter our "Eshop". 
2. Select one of the categories, there you will see the products that interest you. 
Through a click you will see available sizes, colors, details and price. 
3. Select the garment, color and size. Add it to the basket. Then you can continue buying or process order. 
4. If you want to process an order, select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal ... 
5. Confirm your order. 
6. You will receive an email confirming your order. 


GENERAL INFORMATION

- From which countries can you buy?

You can currently place your order from Spain, the rest of Europe and the USA. 
To place your order from any other place, write to info@monicacordera.es

- In how many languages ​​can you navigate?

The navigation languages ​​are: Spanish and English.

- Are the prices of the online store the same as those of our own stores?

Yes, unless a special promotion is applied to either of them.

- Are items that appear exhausted replenished?

If an item is sold out, we will try to replace it as soon as possible, although it may be the case that it is not available again.

- Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in the handmade complements, which can be minimally altered.

- Is it possible to receive periodic information in my mail with the latest news and offers?

Yes, simply by accessing "Newsletter" you will receive the latest news.

- Can I unsubscribe from the "Newsletter" by Mónica Cordera?

- How can I make sure I have made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, write us an email to info@monicacordera.es

Yes, you can click on the link "Order information" in the confirmation email or if you are registered, access from your account to the "Status of my order" section.

- Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been sent. 
In the case of an annulment after the departure of the order, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning it.

- What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If at any time, you get an incorrect item that you have not ordered, you must notify it within a maximum period of 24 hours. to info@monicacordera.es

- What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Monica Cordera only sells items in perfect condition, if by some chance, an exception arose, send us an email to info@monicacordera.es, within a maximum period of 24 hours, after receiving your order.



PAYMENT

- What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We have the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, paypal and bank transfer. 
If you want to make your purchase by transfer, you must send an email to info@monicacordera.es, there we will explain the steps to follow.

- Why can my credit card be rejected?

-You may have entered some incorrect information 
-The card could be expired 
-You may have reached the limit of your card.

- Can I get an invoice in the name of the company?

Yes, you must send us an email to info@monicacordera.es, requesting it and attaching all the billing information.

- Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose: home, work ...

- How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery times will depend on the volume of work of our warehouse. The maximum period will be 7 working days after receiving the payment.

- Shipping costs are free?

Shipping costs are totally free to Spain, with no minimum order. 
For deliveries to Europe the costs will be free from € 150, for lower orders, the costs will be € 15. 
Shipments to the United States: orders over € 200 will be free, in lower orders, the costs will be € 25.

-Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can click on the link "Order information" in the confirmation email or if you are registered, access the "Status of my order" section from your account.



RETURNS

- How should I do to return an item?

To return an item, you must send it, in correct condition, and with the return form completed, to the following address:

- What is the deadline to make a return?

The maximum term will be 15 days, from the date of reception of the same (having to receive it on the 15th day of the term in our warehouse).

- What is the cost of a return?

The customer must assume the payment of the return, that is, the return shipping costs of the items. You can send the package (s) by the transport agency of your choice or contact us at 881 129 609 if you want to go through the address you indicate, a courier from the agency with which we work with a cost of € 7 that will be deducted from the amount that will be paid once the package is received.

- How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

- When will I receive my refund?

After checking that the items are in perfect condition, the maximum period will be 14 days after receipt of your order.

- How should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

You must send us an email to info@monicacordera.es, there we will solve your problem.

* Mónica Cordera reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions as when they were received.

- Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address you choose: home, work ...

- How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery times will depend on the volume of work of our warehouse: 
Spain, the maximum term will be 7 working days, except for pre-order items that will be 10/15 working days. 
Europe, the maximum term will be 10 working days, except in the pre-order items that will be 20/25 working days. 
America, the maximum term will be 15 working days, except for the pre-oder items that will be 30 working days.

Shipping costs are free?

Shipping costs are totally free throughout Spain. 
For deliveries to Europe the costs will be free from € 150, for lower orders, the costs will be € 15 
Shipments to the United States: orders over € 200 will be free, in order lower, the costs will be € 25.

CHANGES

- Can I change my items?

Yes, you must send an email to info@monicacordera.es, notifying. 
You have two options: 

1. Send us the garment you want to change to:

When we receive your item, we will send you the required color / size. 

2. If you prefer to speed up the change, you can buy the item you want and return the other one.

- What is the deadline to make a change?

The maximum term is 15 days, after receiving your order (having to receive it on the 15th day of the term in our warehouse).

- What is the cost of a change?

The client must assume the payment of the change, that is, the return shipping costs of the items. You can send the package (s) by the transport agency of your choice or contact us at 881 129 609 if you want to go through the address you indicate, a courier from the agency with which we work with a cost of € 7 that will be deducted from the amount that will be paid once the package is received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


SHIPMENTS 
1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order. 
2. By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of its registration in the case that the invoice is expressly requested. 
3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders. 
4. The delivery time established, will be 7 working days, except for pre-order items that will be 10/15 working days, from the receipt of the transfer or payment by card. 
5. Notwithstanding its delay will not imply or cancel the order or compensation. 
6. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt. 
7. Mónica Cordera makes free shipping.

In case you want to make the payment by bank transfer, you must contact us by sending an e-mail to info@monicacordera.es and we will inform you of the guidelines to follow.

CHANGE, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. You can request the exchange or return of any item you have purchased in our online store within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt without the need to justify without penalty in the form of additional costs. 
2. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can download the form for said action HERE . The right of withdrawal may be exercised as long as the items you wish to return are in perfect condition, without having been used, with their original packaging and labels. Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, the amount paid for the returned items will be returned within a period of 14 calendar days, using the same means of payment used to pay for the item (s). 
3. The customer must assume the exchange / return payment, that is, the return shipping costs of the items. You can send the package (s) by the transport agency of your choice or contact us at 881 129 609 if you want to go through the address you indicate, a courier from the agency with which we work with a cost of € 7 that will be deducted from the amount that will be paid once the package is received. 
4. The items must come well packaged, in the same box / packaging in which they were received or one of the same characteristics along with the purchase ticket that was in the package. In it you can find the return address. If you have any doubt or do not locate the ticket you can contact us (info@monicacordera.es) and we can send you another.


PRODUCT WARRANTY
In case you have purchased a defective item, Mónica Cordera undertakes to replace it or repair it at no cost to the customer. 

CANCEL ORDER 
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the client will not have any expense. In the case of an annulment after the order is released, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
